When our friend and neighbour Poet, from Lake City Cider, told us she was expanding her downtown digs with a brand-new brewery, we couldn’t have been more excited. Enter Darty Brewing, a casual new community hangout at 35 Portland Street. With shiny new tanks, a gorgeous taproom, and plenty of fresh pours, Darty is already making its mark on downtown Dartmouth’s growing craft scene.

More than just a brewery, Darty is Dartmouth in a pint glass. Their motto, “Clean, Craft, Beer,” says it all: simple, quality brewing with a focus on flavour and freshness.
